fix: brings back Classic CI page on the status page

This pull request introduces a "Classic" view option to the CI status page.

• Added a "Classic" tab and sidebar navigation link to the CI dashboard, allowing users to access the legacy long-scroll view of CI results.
• Introduced new dashboard filter controls for sorting and time range selection.
• Added time range filtering (last 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, all) to the dashboard, with user-selectable options and explanatory legends.
• Improved badge JSON parsing and error handling: gracefully degrades to show "Unavailable" links or status when badge data fails to load or parse.
• Refactored pattern key-to-slug mapping for badge links to use a centralized lookup object.
• Added utility functions for building URLs, handling tabs, and managing query parameters.
