Update diversity functions to include infrataxa (#268)

Closes issue #265

- per request of several users, update `create_species_state_origin_matrix` and `native_anywhere_in_australia` to include a parameter that includes infrataxa.
- reordered the output columns to first list the main states and territories in alphabetical order, followed by smaller Australian islands and territories
- added family and taxon_id to output table

Additional small changes:
* Update standardise_names.R
* remove `(` at start of genus names. Relevant for some hybrids of hybrid names
* added tests and update state diversity benchmarks
* updated documentation
