[e2e tests] Feat/multiple addresses types

E2E test plan:

1. Receive to each address type then send max of all combined.
2. Receive to each address type then transfer to spending with all combined (make Taproot primary address on open) then close channel and see funds go to taproot address.
3. Receive to each address type then send almost max of all combined, make sure change goes to primary address, then try to RBF.
4. Receive to each address type then open a channel with max, make sure channel doesn't try to use Legacy UTXO.
