Adding coordinates for
dial9. The skills live indial9-viewerbut we are mostly expecting to seedial9ordial9-tokio-telemetryshow up. Soon, we can hopefully support matching on the binary as well.This is using the syntax from symposium-dev/symposium#195 which is much nicer for us. It won't work until that lands.
