- Open with the actual realization (hardcoded paths) instead of setup context
- Remove README-style headers, let structure follow the story
- Move the interesting part (behavior vs configuration) forward
- End with reflection instead of CTA
- Keep all code blocks and technical specifics

Rewrote the post against the blog-voice guide:

  • Opens with the realization — hardcoded paths, not setup context
  • No more README-style headers — structure follows the narrative
  • Interesting part moved forward — the behavior vs configuration distinction
  • Ends with reflection instead of a CTA bow
  • All code blocks and technical specifics preserved

The It's here, debug this line survived — it was already perfect.

- Keep the hardcoded-paths opening (voice)
- Add back 'What you get' section so readers know what flock actually does
- Include zellij layout description, deps list, abbreviations
- 'Making it portable' replaces generic 'Configuration' header
- Still ends with reflection, not a CTA
- Opens with context: links to the AI dev setup post, explains what
these functions are for cold readers
- 'What you get' section stays — reader knows what this is by paragraph 3
- 'Making it portable' tells the interesting story of extracting config
- Voice guide updated to two-mode system (deep dive vs announce/explain)
- Add flock-commands.png (silicon/Dracula) showing commands + abbreviations
- Minor flow improvements in 'What you get' section
- Ready for review
