Replace ad-hoc filters with dropdowns

Removed the details button from the sync error list since there weren't any details to show.

Updated the queries to populate the filters to only search the last 3 days. I'm not sure what the best number is here, but 3 is a lot less than 14 and this seems to populate the filters fine.
