Adds WAzion to the official integrations section of the third-party MCP servers list.

WAzion MCP Server exposes 244 WhatsApp Business tools via MCP, supporting both Streamable HTTP and stdio transports.

Repository: https://github.com/wazionapps/mcp-server
npm: wazion-mcp-server
Transport: Streamable HTTP + stdio
License: MIT

One-liner setup:

claude mcp add --transport http wazion https://www.wazion.com/api/mcp/ --header "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY"

Note: We are also planning to publish to the MCP Registry via mcp-publisher. We submitted this PR because WAzion is an official integration maintained by the WAzion team.

WAzion MCP Server provides 244 WhatsApp Business tools via MCP,
supporting both Streamable HTTP and stdio transports.

Thanks for contributing to the MCP servers repo!

We've retired the third-party server list from the README in favor of the MCP Registry — see #3950 for context. The Official Integrations and Community Servers sections no longer exist in the README, so this PR no longer has a target.

Going forward, please publish your server to the MCP Registry using the quickstart guide:
https://github.com/modelcontextprotocol/registry/blob/main/docs/modelcontextprotocol-io/quickstart.mdx

That's where server discovery now happens. Thanks for building on MCP!

Note: I'm working through the backlog with help from Claude Code to give everyone a prompt response.
