This change introduces a new StickyNav component that provides quick access to navigation between tips and a manual completion toggle. Benefits: - Improves UX by keeping navigation accessible while scrolling. - Gives users full control over the "read" status of tips. - Maintains consistency with the project's aesthetics and i18n support.
