Updates the GitHub Actions workflow that enables auto-merge for certain bot-authored PRs by granting the missing permission needed to mutate pull request settings.
Changes:
- Add
pull-requests: writeto the workflowpermissionsblock so theenablePullRequestAutoMergeGraphQL mutation can succeed.
