This removes the old API for registering warpinator clients on the network. It retains the internal API for multi-version support, just in case we ever introduce a v3.

This removes the old API for registering warpinator clients on the network. It retains the internal API for multi-version support, just in case we ever introduce a v3.
The only third party implementation I know of that has not yet migrated to v2 is Winpinator (https://winpinator.swisz.cz/, https://github.com/swiszczoo/winpinator).
