Bugger. My mistake: I should have read more carefully. Still, there's a semantic issue: there should be an article ('a' or 'the') preceding the '`a :hover` rule', or perhaps "the rule `a :hover`." I'll propose another change if I find the time. :P Thanks for reviewing this!
