React/react-dom major version mismatch breaks tests
High Severity
react is bumped to ^19.2.4 but react-dom remains at ^18.0.0. React requires that react and react-dom have the exact same major version — mismatched versions cause a runtime error ("Incompatible React versions"). Additionally, @types/react, @types/react-dom, and @types/react-test-renderer all remain at ^18 and need to be bumped to ^19 as well. This will break the entire test suite and development builds.
