Add simple Rafiki integration guide blog post

Fixes ROP-25

i would add a little promo, maybe for our wallet. something like
Not the purpoe of this guide - but learn more about ILW here , bla bla

Not necessarily but I think it is. a nice touch

@Tymmmy I removed the multi-tenancy part of Rafiki altogether to make it simpler, what do you think?
