Updates the repository’s Dependabot configuration to avoid creating update PRs for Bazel module files that live in the in-repo Bazel registry (which are sourced from an upstream registry and should not be modified here).
Changes:
- Add an
exclude-pathsentry to the Bazel Dependabot update configuration. - Exclude
misc/bazel/registry/**from Dependabot’s Bazel scanning/updating scope.
