…ction - Badge extraction now uses camelCase + separator splitting with first-segment priority (e.g. yhs-web→YHSW, myApp→MYA) - Sidebar renders 1-2 chars inline, 3-4 chars in 2-line layout with compact spacing - Auto-fill project name from folder when choosing directory - Stop sending hardcoded 2-char badgeText, let backend compute from name
