crDroid doesn't support Go-enabled devices, and the Go launcher is non-functional and goes into a crash loop. Removing it makes Go-enabled devices fall back to the regular launcher. Since Go-enabled devices are obscure and not supported, it's easier to remove the Go launcher instead of trying to maintain a feature almost no one will use.
