The fetch-metadata step outputs were never used. Removing the unnecessary step.

Simplifies the Dependabot auto-merge workflow by removing the
dependabot/fetch-metadata@v2step whose outputs were not used.The workflow now only enables auto-merge via
gh pr merge --auto --mergefor PRs opened bydependabot[bot].Written by Cursor Bugbot for commit a453c63. This will update automatically on new commits. Configure here.
