Uses FliegendeWurst/pnpm2nix-nzbr for our pnpm in Nix. This improves the workflow of updating deps (no longer have to manualy create hash mismatch and copy in the hash).
Additionally I looked at supporting MacOS better by not hardcoding
x86_64-linux.
