I Am Adding a New Code Snippet in an Existing Language

• I fixed Add Even Odd in ALGOL 60 #5358
• I did not include any extra folders/libraries
• I named the pull request using Add {PROJECT} in {LANGUAGE} format

Other Notes

It takes a lot of code to write an integer parser and validator in ALGOL 60 since this language has no exception processing or string variables (except for hard-coded strings that are passed into a function). Also, ALGOL 60 has no modulo operator. The % is an integer divide.
