Hello TokenPocket team,

I would like to clarify an issue regarding this logo submission.

I completed the donation based on the official TokenPocket token logo submission guide that was publicly available at the time I submitted this PR. The official guide still stated that the required donation was 50,000 TPT (or the amount shown in the guide), and I followed that published process in good faith.

However, I later found that Snapshot proposal TIP000015 states the requirement was changed to 1,000 USDT/USDC, effective from 2025-08-15, and that the related guidelines should have been updated accordingly.

Because the official documentation was not updated in time, I was misled by the published official instructions and already paid 100,000 TPT (about 650 USD in value) for this submission.

For fairness, I kindly request one of the following:

1. review and process this PR under the official guide that was publicly available when I submitted it; or
2. provide an official remedy, such as refund, partial refund, offset, or a clear re-submission solution.
