Update repo with some fixes

Improvements on this PR:

• Replaced mailhog service with mailpit
• Use PHP files configuration by default (XML file loader is deprecated in Symfony 7, and PHP files supports naming refactoring, if you use PHPStorm)
• Run actions with Sylius >= 2.1 and runs also on PHP 8.4
• Fix migrations default namespace
• Replaced abandoned package friends-of-behat/mink with behat/mink

Hi @Rafikooo, I've rebased the branch and added other changes.
We have recently upgraded all of our plugins for Sylius 2, and IMHO, these changes improve the DX as well.
