Correct the version comment for the pinned
codeql-action/upload-sarifaction.The prior version https://github.com/github/codeql-action/tree/7273f08caa1dcf2c2837f362f1982de0ab4dc344/upload-sarif did not correspond to the version comment
# v3.28.15. This PR updates the action and sets the correct version comment based on https://github.com/github/codeql-action/releases/tag/v4.32.6, which is also consistent with the.jinjatemplate.
