Documents the new GitHub Commit trigger that allows Promptless to run on direct commits to default branches. Adds changelog entry for November 2025, updates triggers documentation with accordion section explaining the feature, and updates GitHub integration page to mention commit triggers alongside PR triggers. Includes screenshot showing the commit trigger configuration UI.
