Adds APFPV Greg target definitions for:
These targets pair with the companion firmware PR that adds the APFPV Greg component packages.
The target overlays intentionally keep only the small set of files that must win at final image merge (network/init overrides, header.cgi, and sensor_imx415_mipi.ko).
