Bugfix adapt opr to recent code refactoring

Summary of the discussion

During the revision of the Open Peer Review, several issues arose because some developers had stopped working on the project and new contributors had taken over. As a result, some commits were not pushed to the remote server, leading to a messy merge conflict. We are currently in the process of revising the code, and this PR fixes some broken redirects that occur when submitting a review.

Bugs

• Cleanup incomplete updates to the OpenPeerReview. Some parts of the code are incomplete due to a messi code refactoring where some code snippets have been lost due to merge conflicts in commits that are not pushed to remote. (#2289).
