Obviously can't read and verify all these content but it seems like it's working great with the current website and seems very helpful compared to what we already have. Down to merge this if it doesn't need other approvals.

Reworks the Zoo Design Studio docs from a flat feature page into a structured product-area reference. This PR adds a nested docs hierarchy across modeling, workspace, data management, support, and platform topics, aligns key workspace terminology with the app and glossary (
Project Browser,Top Bar,Status Bar,Scene,Toolbar,View Controls,AI Chat,Settings), improves the CAD-focused copy, and adds screenshots to the main workspace pages.
