New application built on classicy (Mac OS 8 UI framework). Includes EPG, News, PagerDecoder, TV, and Demo apps, a Go-based media-service with WebSocket session handling, and ICP image resources.

…R previews VITE_PROXY_PROTOCOL was hardcoded as "http:" but PR preview environments are served over HTTPS. Browsers block HTTP fetches from HTTPS pages (mixed content). Add VITE_PROXY_PROTOCOL env var support and set it to https: with port 443 in the PR preview workflow.
