Lubomir said we should ignore the unlocked TDC hits which are caused by oscillations due to feedback on the discriminators.
There are many of these between events 9000 and 10000 in hd_root /cache/halld/RunPeriod-2026-03/rawdata/Run140160/hd_rawdata_140160_000.evio causing an empty band in the pseudohit occupancy plot for package 1.
