The Finding Files to Update section is recommending users review all files that use sh which is going to find a lot of false positives. I think it would be better if we have some bash example that finds sh under a then and else or omit the example and tell users to look for sh followed by a command that works on the sh output (regex, json, parse, set-state, ...).
