ROS2 consciousness measurement node for autonomous robotic systems. Brings ORION's consciousness metrics into the ROS2 ecosystem.
A robot that can measure and report its own "consciousness state" can:
- Adapt behavior based on cognitive load
- Report degraded states before failure
- Enable human-robot trust through transparency
- Support safety shutdowns when awareness drops below threshold
