Market depth data is NOT available to users

Hey team,

I have been using TradeStation for a few months and the API is really good overall. But I noticed that "Market Depth Quotes" and "Market Depth Aggregates" are not available -- it will return 401: Unauthorized error.

Could you help me figure this out?
