Output shell commands to create tmux session with script #1013

Is there a way to output the shell commands that can be used to create the same tmux session tmuxp would create? This is similar to the debug option of tmuxinator. I would like to save the commands as separate bash script, so that I can create the session on a remote server without tmuxp installed.
