Show extra notes

Thank you so much for this project!!!! Absolutely love how easy it is to use, and how it formats all my Bearable data.

One feature request, if you're accepting them: would be great to have 'Extra Notes' also appear. I use these as an activity diary, and it'd be really useful to be able to see the additional context on what I did on a particular day alongside the symptom ratings etc.

Sorry, update! Just realised that the extra notes are appearing, but because I have returns in some of them the text isn't showing up, only the title I entered. Have attached a screenshot; there's should be several lines of text appearing under 'Activities' there.
