[feature] RHEL-AI --auto-start flag

We want to introduce a new set of flags to control RHEL-AI offering,

• --auto-start to setup the Quadlet service during booting time
• --model setup the model to be used
• --hf-token hugging face token to be used
• --api-key api key value to enforce secure connections
