Does not support extensions

I'm using nested extensions to simulate polymorphic messages as decribed here: http://www.indelible.org/ink/protobuf-polymorphism/

It would be great if beefcake could support them, right now it just ignores the extensions.

Thank you for the feedback. The Beefcake codebase is simple and easy to extend, a few others have shown this to be true, and we always appreciate patches. If you can slip one our way, we would love to see it.

@noff This library is effectively unmaintained at this point. If you want to fork it and build the feature yourself, that'd be excellent, but that's probably the only way it's going to get added.
