I get this error:

What's the issue? I just copied the code from your documentation, started setting up a shop and it's not working. The example code doesn't work.

Keys in configuration were wrong (missing one letter).
I think it would be better to give different error message, for example "your secret key is invalid"

Maybe my solution will be helpful for someone:
I had the same issue and I found root cause of the problem was in 1 custom boolean parameter. I put this extra param in Java like that
put("c_isDonation", String.valueOf(isDonation));
as a result the link looked like that

1. https://api.paymentwall.com/api/subscription? [...] &c_isDonation=true&[...]
2. https://api.paymentwall.com/api/subscription? [...] &c_isDonation=false&[...]

in 1st case everything worked fine. In 2nd case I got message
It looks like you're not authorized to view this content. The request signature is wrong or expired
So my decision was to send this param as 1 or 0.
