Fix readme - not existing WidgetSignature method

I suggest to change README.md Widget Signature section for something like this:

var widget = new Paymentwall.Widget();
var widget_signature = widget.calculateSignature('param1=param1Value', 'secret', Paymentwall.Base.SIGNATURE_VERSION_2);
