When the
FROM_ENVIRONMENTproxy type is selected, thehttps_proxyenvironment variable is read and respected. Oftentimes, clients will also set theno_proxyenvironment variable with a list of hosts for which no proxy should be used. We do not respect thisno_proxyenvironment variable at present.
