Capabilities and dynamic settings

Hey,

here is the first draft on how to transform the parameter tree settings into a tools to directly build a daq_move/daq_viewer from it.
The last column is mostly for display to get it explicit but just a LED/icon status in front of the parameter could do.

As a follow up, this is how it could also look like within pyqtgraph.
