Add support for front end projects via NPM

I was wondering if you guys have plans to also listen for artifacts on NPM?

Hi Paul,

The road has been a bit bumpy since then. Our former company was sold to another one and the team initially involved in the development left the company.

I wouldn't hold my breath about new features, except if people start to contribute.

As for myself, I'll try to keep the existing service running (I just need the Maven Central support for now) thanks to @olivierdepriester who is working at our former company and has deployed the new versions lately.
