[FEATURE] Things to add/change before next release

This is a list of things that should be added before egon_dev is merged to dev, sorted by priority:

• Remove old open_eGo data imports and remove ego.io from setup.py
• Add changes to the documentation (see Features/update documentation #424)
  • eGon project reference (see eTraGo documentation)
  • Introduce new HeatPump class
  • Introduce new DSM class
  • ..
• Make new ding0 grids the default
  • Adapt simple test grid (georeference LV, adapt loads csv..)
• Add examples
  • Example showing how to add heat pumps and how to add them as flexibility
  • ..
• Improve docstrings
  • io/electromobility_import.py - especially keyword arguments like gc_to_car_rate_home and what they do
  • io/db.py
• Change HeatPump class and everything connected to it to PtH, as resistive heaters are as well included
