Executable preprocessing

To make the preprocessing part in the DP repository executable some adjustments are pending.

What "adjustments" are needed? Can you specify or is this the task of this issue?

I'm not sure what needs to be done here except for the integration of the scripts in the python script. In the end its structure should look quite similar to the dataprocessing itself I guess.

We should also discuss if an executable preprocessing is necessary for the release v0.3 or if we can finish this in a later version. @Ludee What do you think?

We will not finish the eGoPP this week. No way.
But I will start and make the file executable. Then we can add the imports one-by-one.
