Address dependabot alert for `services/idp`

https://github.com/opencloud-eu/opencloud/security/dependabot has quite a few issues listed for the npm dependencies of the idp web ui. We need to address those. Will likely need help from the web team.

Acceptance Criteria

• Get the number of issue down to zero (or as close as possible)

Running pnpm dedupe could be a great start to get rid of some old dependencies that don't need to be used anymore.
