I find nodejs/node#41076 currently in a good state, so I'd probably need some guidance on the next steps (perhaps text discussion would be enough, as you prefer).

Sorry, I got delayed and I guess we didn’t have @arcanis. I added loaders-agenda to nodejs/node#41076 so we can discuss it next time. I’ll try to find time before then to review it.
