[BUG] Unable to change keyboard layouts via my set shortcut when screen is locked

Describe the bug

When you change your keyboard layout then your screen locks your unable to change the layout so you are forced to restart because you can't type in your password

Steps to reproduce

1. change the keyboard layout to something other than english
2. wait for the screen to lock
3. try using your keyboard layout switching shortcut

Expected behavior

The shortcut for changing keyboard layouts should change or the lock screen should automatically change the keyboard layout to English

Changing layout in the lockscreen should work and I didn't succeeded in reproducing this error.
However, the lock screen is missing the indicator, which layout is currently active.
@mylinuxforwork, you could add a label in hyprlock.conf that (discretely) shows which layout is currently active.
This looks very nice on your dotfiles and feel free to use it if you like it. I was careful to match your style :D
