Support for Simple Fields (<w:fldSimple>)

It looks like Mammoth handles complex fields (<w:fldChar>), but not simple fields (<w:fldSimple>).

Any chance to support simple fields in a future version?

Could you provide a minimal example document, the HTML that's currently being generated, and the HTML that you'd expect?
