Environment manager 'ms-python.python:conda' is not registered

I manage Python libraries entirely with uv on my computer. After installing the latest version of this plugin, every time I open VS Code, this prompt always appears: The Python project Settings of the Environment manager "ms-python.python:conda" cannot be applied: Environment manager 'ms-python.python:conda' is not registered

Do you have something related to "pythonProjects" in your workspace or user settings? This may have gotten set without your knowledge and be causing problems

I didn't make any settings for it. I suspect it has something to do with my not having installed Anaconda.
