No PRs and Issues are loaded after moving work to organization

I'm running into an issue that all queries turn up empty after moving the repository and related issues to a new organization. I'm owner of said organization and existing issues have been assigned to myself.

When I open https://github.com/issues/assigned, I can see the issues, but the VSCode extension won't show. I tried altering the queries, but to no effect.

Is this known/expected behaviour or do I need to set additional access for the extension?

I would guess that you're missing some auth. Have you tried signing out and signing in to GitHub again in VS Code?

I'm also having this issue as well. I've signed out completely and re-authorized along with org authorization. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the extension. The FolderRepoManager will spaz out afterward in the output window.
