I tried to deploy and run this and faced many hurdles:

• Not clear which file is the authoritative file: README.md or DEVELOPING.md
• README asks to create a Plane app by going to Workspace Settings -> Apps -> Create App. But in my workspace settings, there is Integrations -> Build Your Own.
• I cannot find any place to enable the agent_run_user_prompt webhook event, even though the both the docs ask me to do that.
• The docs do not mention which oauth permission scopes should be enabled for my Plane app.
• I tried permitting Project-level permissions, but navigating to my worker's /oauth/setup page redirects to /oauth/callback?error=invalid_scope&state=oauth_setup with the response "Missing required parameters".

I get the feeling that the docs were written for a very different environment than my workspace which is on Business Trial plan.
