The renewal URL does not use HTTPS

The URL sent via email to authenticate a member renewal uses HTTP, and not HTTPS. The email should be updated so that the URL uses HTTPS.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Be a member requiring renewal
2. Enter your email address on the renewals page
3. Receive the email link to continue the renewal process
4. Note that the link in the email uses HTTP.
